    Left-wing leaders meet in Barcelona, whereas far-right protesters march in Milan.

    Two gatherings, in two European cities, with opposing political views.

    In Barcelona, Spain, left-leaning world leaders mentioned the rising menace the far proper poses to democratic establishments.

    Their purpose? To convey collectively progressive forces beneath a single banner to counter right-wing authoritarianism.

    In the meantime, in Italy’s Milan, far-right figures rallied in opposition to what they known as “the tragedy” that Europe has change into.

    They’re calling for fewer rules from Brussels however tighter controls on safety.
