Former Duke Blue Devils quarterback Darian Mensah joined the Miami Hurricanes this offseason. An enormous paycheck is not the one cause he transferred.
The Hurricanes paid big money to lure the QB to Miami. Mensah, 21, is reportedly set to make $6.5M in NIL (title, picture and likeness) offers in 2026, making him the highest-paid athlete in school sports activities. This includes a partnership with Derby Watch Provide, a luxurious watch seller.
