    A new study launched Tuesday by Hult Worldwide Enterprise Faculty and unbiased analysis agency Office Intelligence discovered that even when confronted with widespread talent shortages, employers would fairly rent a robotic or AI than a current grad.

    The examine surveyed 800 human sources leaders and 800 current graduates (ages 22 to 27) in enterprise roles, together with finance/accounting, advertising, gross sales, administration, operations/logistics, and enterprise analytics/intelligence.

    Almost all HR leaders, 98%, stated their group was struggling to search out expertise, but 89% said that they keep away from hiring current graduates.

    When requested why, hiring managers stated that current graduates lack real-world expertise (60%), a world mindset (57%), teamwork expertise (55%), the correct talent units (51%), and the right enterprise etiquette (50%).

    Three out of 10 HR leaders would fairly go away a place unfilled than rent a current graduate.

    Almost 4 out of ten (37%) would fairly have a robotic or AI do the job than a current grad whereas 45% say they’d fairly rent a freelancer.

    At corporations which have taken the plunge and employed current grads up to now 12 months, the bulk (78%) have already fired at the very least a few of them.
