A fighter jet crashed into the San Diego harbor in Southern California on Wednesday morning round 10:17.
In response to the US Coast Guard. the 2 pilots on board ejected earlier than the aircraft crashed and have been rescued by folks on a close-by fishing boat.
One witness advised CBS 8 San Diego that the navy plane was flying low when he heard some “odd noises” earlier than it crashed into the water.
It’s foggy and wet in San Diego with low visibility.
The reason for the crash is unclear.

A fighter jet crashed into the San Diego Harbor on Wednesday, with the 2 pilots on board ejecting earlier than being rescued by the Coast Guard, based on San Diego Hearth-Rescue.
The Coast Guard stated the pilots have been rescued by a fishing vessel after being within the water for a few minute.
Each pilots are in steady situation, the Coast Guard stated.
They have been in a two-seat EA-18G Growler, the Navy stated.
