    PARIS: France and Britain are proposing a one-month truce in Ukraine “within the air, at sea and on vitality infrastructure” after disaster talks in London, French President Emmanuel Macron stated on Sunday (Mar 2).

    In an interview with France’s Le Figaro newspaper, Macron stated that such a truce wouldn’t, initially at the very least, cowl floor combating.
