Gov. Bob Ferguson has made the proper choice to delay changing current ferries to hybrid.
Constructing new electrical vessels is a good thought. Taking completely good diesel boats out of service for conversion was all the time about former Gov. Jay Inslee’s ego and his inexperienced legacy, not about sound fleet administration.
