The group halted its drone and missile assaults, which had focused vessels with tenuous Israeli hyperlinks when the Gaza ceasefire was declared in January.

Nonetheless, it threatened to renew the assaults when Israel blocked all aid into war-battered Gaza on March 2, within the hope of pressuring Hamas into releasing the remaining captives it took in its October 7, 2023 assault.

The assaults will proceed till Israel permits help deliveries in Gaza, the Houthis added of their assertion on Tuesday.
