    OTTAWA: New Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney on Sunday (Mar 23) known as a snap election for Apr 28, saying he wanted a robust mandate to take care of the menace posed by US President Donald Trump, who “desires to interrupt us so America can personal us”.
