    Re: “Kennedy mum on 10,000 job cuts at nation’s health department” (April 3, A5):

    Seniors, converse up and save science. Why are many seniors nonetheless capable of get pleasure from life? Knee replacements, hip replacements, valve replacements. Most cancers diagnoses and remedy. Know-how that improves listening to loss and imaginative and prescient. Treatment that reduces blood stress and ldl cholesterol, prevents seizures and bone loss and reduces ache. MRI’s, angiograms, CT scans, EEGs, EKGs, echocardiograms, and so forth. All are instruments to assist diagnose and deal with our total inhabitants (and most undoubtedly seniors).

    So, no matter anybody’s political views, I might encourage everybody to help funding for science and know-how.
