    WASHINGTON: The USA State Division directed all US missions overseas and consular sections to renew processing Harvard College scholar and trade customer visas after a federal choose in Boston final week temporarily blocked President Donald Trump’s latest ban on foreign students at the Ivy League institution.

    In a diplomatic cable despatched final Friday (Jun 6) and signed by US Secretary of State Marco Rubio, the State Division cited components of the choose’s resolution, saying the contemporary directive was “in accordance with” the momentary restraining order.

    Below that order granted to Harvard late final Thursday, US District Decide Allison Burroughs blocked Trump’s proclamation from taking impact pending additional litigation of the matter.

    Trump had cited nationwide safety issues as justification for barring worldwide college students from coming into america to pursue research at Harvard.
