    Disney and Common are suing synthetic intelligence (AI) agency Midjourney over its picture generator, which the Hollywood giants allege is a “bottomless pit of plagiarism”.

    The 2 studios declare Midjourney’s device makes “innumerable” copies of characters together with Darth Vader from Star Wars, Frozen’s Elsa, and the Minions from Despicable Me.
