    LYON: French authorities have arrested 5 individuals on costs of kidnapping the daddy of an influencer and cryptocurrency entrepreneur, prosecutors stated on Saturday (Jun 21).

    In latest months, France has seen a number of kidnappings and tried abductions concentrating on cryptocurrency businesspeople and their households, and authorities have been underneath large strain to behave.

    On Dec 31, 2024, 5 armed individuals attacked a person and a girl of their residence within the jap city of Saint-Genis-Pouilly close to the Swiss border.
