Paige Bueckers was chosen with the first-overall choose within the 2025 WNBA Draft, and it has taken her little or no time to get acclimated to the skilled sport.
She already earned a spot within the WNBA All-Star sport as a rookie, and her 19.7 points-per-game could be behind simply Cynthia Cooper, Seimone Augustus and A’ja Wilson for many all-time by a rookie.
Now, she’s set a WNBA rookie record with 44 factors on 17-of-21 capturing. Sadly for Bueckers and the Wings, it was Kelsey Plum and the Los Angeles Sparks who got here away with a last-second victory to formally eradicate Dallas from playoff competition.
