    PARIS: Worldwide consultants insisted Friday (Oct 3) {that a} nutritious diet ought to maintain meat to a minimal, doubling down on earlier conclusions the meals trade had fiercely dismissed.

    A nutritious diet is “predominantly plant-based, with reasonable inclusion of animal-sourced meals and minimal consumption of added sugars, saturated fat and salt”, in accordance with the authors of a report printed in medical journal The Lancet.
