    CHICAGO: The Trump administration branded Chicago a “war zone” on Sunday (Oct 5) because it sought to justify deploying troopers in opposition to the desire of native Democratic officers, whereas a choose blocked the White Home from sending troops to a different Democratic-run metropolis.
