Re: “Trump draws outrage for AI video of himself dumping waste on protesters” (Oct. 20, Nation & World):

As soon as a presidential election is over, the newly elected president stops being the social gathering’s candidate and turns into the president of all Americans. This has not been the case with President Donald Trump. He has repeatedly acknowledged that he’s the Republicans’ president and that he hates the Democrats. He doesn’t appear to appreciate that not each American citizen is both a Democrat or a Republican.

In the course of the No Kings rallies on Oct. 18, President Trump posted an AI video of himself sitting within the cockpit of a fighter jet, with a crown on his head, dumping human excrement on Americans exercising “the precise of the individuals peaceably to assemble, and Petition the federal government for a redress of grievances”(First Modification).

President Trump’s response to the No Kings rallies ought to alarm all Americans, no matter political social gathering.
