    HANOI: United States Protection Secretary Pete Hegseth is ready to fulfill Vietnamese senior officers on Sunday (Nov 2) as he visits Hanoi amid extended talks over Washington’s potential provide of army tools to its former foe, together with transport planes and helicopters.
