    No. 14 Vanderbilt‘s spectacular 45-24 win over No. 19 Tennessee on Saturday evening will not be sufficient to get them into the School Soccer Playoff. However quarterback Diego Pavia’s efficiency in that win could have been sufficient to get him an invitation to New York Metropolis for the 2025 Heisman Trophy presentation. 

    Diego Pavia dominates in Vanderbilt’s huge win

    Pavia was a difference-maker for Vanderbilt on Saturday, finishing 18-of-28 passes for 268 yards (9.8 yards per try) and a landing, whereas additionally speeding 20 instances for 165 yards and an extra landing as a part of the win.

    Following his landing run within the second half, giving Vanderbilt a commanding lead, he hit the Heisman pose together with his offensive line in celebration.
