    Algerian International Minister Ahmed Attaf mentioned Algeria’s expertise underneath French rule highlighted the necessity for compensation.

    African leaders need colonial-era abuses recognised and criminalised.

    Algeria says a authorized framework would guarantee reparations are neither a present nor a favour.
