Green Bay Packers defensive finish Micah Parsons suffered a non-contact knee injury in a Week 15 loss to the Denver Broncos. That clearly shook head coach Matt LaFleur.

Following Inexperienced Bay’s 34-26 loss to the Broncos, LaFleur didn’t confirm experiences that Parsons, tied for third within the league in sacks (12.5), tore the ACL in his left knee. However he appeared to have a vacant look in his eyes, indicating the star pass-rusher may miss the remainder of the season.

The coach’s concern proved true. On Monday, NFL Media insider Ian Rapoport reported that an MRI revealed Parsons tore his ACL and is now anticipated to overlook not less than 9 months.

When the Packers acquired four-time Professional Bowler Parsons from the Dallas Cowboys in August, they made it clear this season was Tremendous Bowl or bust. With out him, the workforce’s championship probabilities may evaporate, an unfortunate break for LaFleur. Coming into the season, he clearly wanted a deep postseason run to solidify his future in Inexperienced Bay.
