    SEOUL: North Korean chief Kim Jong Un stated prospects of North Korea-US relations rely totally on the angle of the USA, whereas excluding any dialogue with South Korea, state media KCNA stated on Thursday (Feb 26).

    Kim has to this point not accepted overtures by US President Donald Trump, whom he met with 3 times throughout Trump’s first time period.

    In the meantime, Kim referred to as South Korea “most hostile enemy” and dominated out discussions with its neighbour, saying Pyongyang “can provoke arbitrary motion” if South Korea conducts “obnoxious behaviour” within the face of nuclear-armed North Korea.

    “South Korea’s full collapse can’t be dominated out,” Kim stated, in accordance with KCNA.
