    Re: “McDonald’s may be coming to Seattle’s Capitol Hill” (Feb. 24, Enterprise):

    I’m thrilled to listen to that the outdated Ceremony Support area on Capitol Hill might lastly remodel.

    As a Hill resident because the early ’80s, I’ve seen the ups and downs on Broadway, and though some of us nonetheless harbor an anti-franchise mentality, they’re a small minority now.

    We love Dick’s Drive-In, and won’t cease going there, however McDonald’s will present the required power and spirit for everybody to thrive. I hope this venture goes forward.
