    WASHINGTON: US Vice President Kamala Harris will journey to Europe, the Center East and Asia from Jan 13 by way of Jan 17, the White Home mentioned on Tuesday (Jan 7).

    The journey, which is able to possible be Harris’ final as vice chairman earlier than leaving workplace on Jan 20, can have stops in Singapore, Bahrain, and Germany, in accordance with the White Home. She can be accompanied by her husband, Doug Emhoff.

    The White Home mentioned Harris will meet with leaders and go to Changi Naval Base whereas in Singapore on Jan 15.

    The next day, she’s going to meet with leaders in Manama, Bahrain, and go to Naval Assist Exercise–Bahrain, the headquarters of US Naval Forces Central Command and the US fifth Fleet, it added.

    On Jan 17, Harris can be in Spangdahlem, Germany, to go to the US Air Pressure 52nd Fighter Wing at Spangdahlem Air Base, in accordance with the White Home.

    “All through her journey, the vice chairman will focus on the accomplishments of the Biden-Harris Administration over the previous 4 years in every area, the US partnership with the respective nations, the contributions of US navy forces to regional and world safety, and the enduring nationwide safety pursuits of america,” the White Home mentioned.

    It added that Harris will interact with US servicemembers in the course of the journey.
