Pakistan and Afghanistan have carried out a ceasefire following the deadliest border clashes in years that killed dozens of individuals and led to evacuations on each side.
The 48-hour truce started Wednesday at 6:00pm Islamabad time (13:00 GMT), with every nation claiming the opposite requested the pause in hostilities.
