    In a letter to Lukashenko earlier this month, Kim mentioned he was “prepared to broaden and develop the standard relations of friendship and cooperation … to a brand new, greater stage in keeping with the calls for of the brand new period”, the North’s official Korean Central Information Company (KCNA) reported.

    The Belarusian chief in return mentioned that “Minsk affirms it has an curiosity in actively increasing political and financial ties with Pyongyang in any respect ranges”.

    Belta quoted Belarusian International Minister Maxim Ryzhenkov as saying that along with the treaty of friendship and cooperation, the 2 sides would conform to cooperate in an array of fields from agriculture to data.

    “Our biggest curiosity … is strengthening actually pleasant, partnership relations. We now have pals right here, and they’re ready for us. Simply as we await them in Belarus,” Ryzhenkov mentioned.
