    North Carolina head coach Bill Belichick issued an announcement Wednesday addressing his controversial interview with CBS that aired on Sunday.

    Belichick addressed claims that his girlfriend Jordon Hudson was an overbearing presence throughout a “CBS Sunday Morning” function. One clip specifically confirmed Hudson seemingly interrupting the interview to close down a query about how she and Belichick met, which went viral on-line.

    In his assertion, Belichick claimed that he had made clear to his publicist that he would solely do interviews concerning the content material of his new e-book, however CBS and interviewer Tony Dokoupil didn’t honor that request, and that the interview was selectively edited to make Hudson look controlling.
