    TIANJIN, China: China’s position in upholding multilateralism is key, United Nations Secretary-Common Antonio Guterres advised Chinese language President Xi Jinping on the sidelines of a safety discussion board assembly on Saturday (Aug 30).

    Xi in flip mentioned China would at all times be a “dependable associate” to the UN and proceed to offer “stability and certainty”.
