    Duke ahead Cooper Flagg gave the NBA’s worst groups one thing to hope for along with his robust effort in an 86-78 win over Notre Dame on Saturday.

    The excellent freshman, a number one contender for the Wood Award, given yearly to the nation’s finest school basketball participant, had 42 factors on 11-of-14 taking pictures, six rebounds, seven assists and a steal to steer Related Press No. 4 Duke (14-2, 6-0 ACC) to its tenth consecutive win, this system’s first regular-season 10-game win streak since the beginning of the 2017-18 season (11-0).
