    Re: “Don’t call it a side hustle. These Americans are ‘polyworking’ ” (June 22, Enterprise):

    Within the mid-Twentieth century, it was frequent for a family to be supported by a person’s wage from work exterior the home. By the ’80s, ladies like me have been coming into the workforce and the extra income from our salaries was absorbed into the rising price of housing and baby care, rapidly making the extra earnings a necessity, not a luxurious.

    It comes as no shock to me to find {that a} single particular person now may want two full-time jobs to cowl bills, and particularly in a house with youngsters, a pair may want three. Immediately, a married couple may every have their very own job, plus one to share, polyemployment edging out polyamory as a trending way of life “selection.”
