Chemung County Sheriff’s Workplace released a press release on Monday saying they’d arrested 22-year-old Anamaria E. Milazzo of Elmira on two expenses: disseminating indecent materials to minors within the second diploma (a category E felony) and endangering the welfare of a kid (a category A misdemeanor).
