    NEW POWERS FOR MILITARY

    Dobrindt confirmed plans to revise air security legal guidelines to permit the armed forces to shoot down drones.

    “What we’re witnessing is an arms race, an arms race between drone threats and drone defence. We should put together ourselves for this,” he mentioned.

    At present, police are answerable for defending in opposition to drones, however Dobrindt mentioned adjustments have been wanted.

    POLICE UNION OPPOSES MOVE
