‘Good Progress’ in U.S.-Iran Talks, Iranian Official Says
Oblique talks between American and Iranian officers in Geneva on Tuesday ended with the 2 sides agreeing to “a set of guiding rules,” in response to the Iranian overseas minister.

It’s been usually — Iran’s a really robust negotiator. “We’ve been instructed {that a} deal is subsequent to unattainable.” “No, no. I believe they need to make a deal. I don’t suppose they need the results of not making a deal. They need to make a deal.”
