    ‘Good Progress’ in U.S.-Iran Talks, Iranian Official Says

    Oblique talks between American and Iranian officers in Geneva on Tuesday ended with the 2 sides agreeing to “a set of guiding rules,” in response to the Iranian overseas minister.

    “So I’ll be concerned in these talks not directly. They usually’ll be crucial. We’ll see what can occur. It’s been usually — Iran’s a really robust negotiator. “We’ve been instructed {that a} deal is subsequent to unattainable.” “No, no. I believe they need to make a deal. I don’t suppose they need the results of not making a deal. They need to make a deal.”
