    New York Mets beginning pitcher Kodai Senga will land on the injured checklist after exiting Thursday’s recreation towards the Washington Nationals with a strained proper hamstring. Mets basic supervisor Carlos Mendoza confirmed Senga will bear an MRI on Friday to find out the severity of the damage, based on MLB.com’s Anthony DiComo. 

    Within the high of the sixth inning, Nationals shortstop CJ Abrams hit a floor ball to first base, which Mets first baseman Pete Alonso fielded huge of first base.
