    UNITED NATIONS: Tehran and Washington signalled a potential softening in nuclear tensions on Wednesday (Sep 24), with Iran insisting it has no ambitions to construct nuclear weapons and the US expressing readiness to renew talks geared toward resolving the long-standing standoff.

    Just a few hours after Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian instructed the UN Common Meeting that Iran won’t ever search to construct a nuclear bomb, US President Donald Trump’s Center East Envoy Steve Witkoff stated “we’ve no want to harm them”.
