    From personal robots to smart home devices, there’s at all times an overabundance of rumors surrounding what Apple is engaged on subsequent.

    Now, South Korea’s Sisa Journal, a weekly present affairs journal that has been publishing since 1989, reported on Friday that the tech large is releasing an “iPhone 17 Air” in September, and it’ll solely be 6.25mm thick.

    If the rumors are true, this might make the iPhone 17 the thinnest iPhone ever and about 20-25% thinner than all obtainable iPhone 16 fashions, according to MacRumors.

    The Sisa Journal additionally stories that the iPhone 17 “Air” is not going to have a “Plus” model, and the “ultra-thin” gadget will seemingly begin at $899 within the U.S.

    Earlier this month, several reports famous that Apple might also be including at the very least two foldable gadgets to its iPhone and iPad lineup in 2026.

    Whereas Google and Samsung have already got foldable gadgets (with Samsung main the market, delivery over 10 million foldable phones in 2023 out of the 15.9 million offered), Apple dominates the U.S. smartphone sector with 56% of the cell market share, per Stat Counter.
