    (b)  allow these service members reinstated below this part to revert to their former rank and obtain full again pay, advantages, bonus funds, or compensation; and

    (c)  permit any service members who present a written and sworn attestation that they voluntarily left the service or allowed their service to lapse in keeping with acceptable procedures, quite than be vaccinated below the vaccine mandate, to return to service with no influence on their service standing, rank, or pay.

    Sec. 3.  Extra Company Tasks.  (a)  Nothing on this order precludes disciplinary or administrative motion for conduct that’s proscribed by chapter 47 of title 10, United States Code (Uniform Code of Army Justice, 10 U.S.C. 801-946a).

    Sec. 5.  Basic Provisions.  (a)  Nothing on this order shall be construed to impair or in any other case have an effect on:

    (i)   the authority granted by regulation to an government division, company, or the pinnacle thereof; or

    (ii)  the capabilities of the Director of the Workplace of Administration and Funds referring to budgetary, administrative, or legislative proposals.

    (b)  This order shall be applied per relevant regulation and topic to the provision of appropriations.
