    Gov. Gavin Newsom of California instructed world leaders to “cease being complicit” and to “have a spine” in coping with President Trump and his threats to Greenland.

    “It’s time to buck up. It’s time to get severe and cease being complicit. It’s time to face tall and agency. Have a spine. , it’s — I’ve seen this in the US. The supine Congress taking part in each side, you recognize, say one factor on a textual content or tweet and one other publicly. It’s time to have precept. It’s time to face tall.” Reporter: “Whenever you say standing tall, what do you imply?” “Simply, I can’t take this complicity. Individuals rolling over. I ought to have introduced a bunch of kneepads for all of the world leaders. I imply, handing out crowns and handing — I imply, that is pathetic. Nobel Prizes which are being given away. I imply, it’s simply pathetic. This man is taking part in people for fools, and it’s embarrassing.” Reporter: “Europeans suppose that is diplomacy and this may finally work.” “Oh, that is diplomacy with Donald Trump? He’s a T.
