    MANILA: The Philippines and america carried out joint maritime workout routines for a fifth time within the South China Sea, Manila’s armed forces stated on Sunday, in a transfer that might probably irk China.

    The Philippine navy stated in a press release it held a “maritime cooperative exercise” with the US on Friday and Saturday, its first for the 12 months and fifth total since launching the joint actions in 2023.
