    An artist flees Myanmar following the 2021 coup and makes use of artwork to maintain the world engaged within the plight of his nation.

    When Myanmar’s fledgling democracy was destroyed, Sai’s life was turned the wrong way up and his father was imprisoned. Sai and his spouse Ok went into hiding. As Myanmar pale from worldwide headlines, they knew they needed to take motion, and created a collection of distinctive artworks.

    Armed with this work, they flee to Europe, on a mission to make use of it as a type of activism. They’re haunted by the abuses in Myanmar, visa points and the ever-present danger to these again house. Sai turns into more and more fraught, questioning his mission and whether or not he can result in significant change.
