    Thousands unable to make calls as EE and BT networks down

    Hundreds of EE and BT clients have reported they’re unable to make or obtain calls because the cell phone and landline networks face an outage.

    Outages tracker Downdetector, which depends on self-reported consumer information, confirmed over 2,500 EE clients experiencing outages at 14:00 BST, with many additionally reporting points with different networks.
