    WASHINGTON: United States President Donald Trump urged Iran on Wednesday (Jan 28) to return to the desk and make a deal on nuclear weapons or the following US assault could be far worse. Tehran responded with a risk to strike back in opposition to the US, Israel and people who assist them.

    “Hopefully Iran will shortly ‘Come to the Desk’ and negotiate a good and equitable deal – NO NUCLEAR WEAPONS – one that’s good for all events. Time is working out, it’s actually of the essence!” Trump wrote on social media.

    Amid a buildup of US forces within the Center East, the Republican president, who pulled out of world powers’ 2015 nuclear cope with Tehran throughout his first White Home time period, famous that his final warning to Iran was adopted by a navy strike in June.

    “The subsequent assault shall be far worse! Don’t make that occur once more,” Trump wrote. He repeated {that a} US “armada” was heading towards the Islamic Republic.

    IRAN’S ARMED FORCES READY TO RESPOND: MINISTER

    Any navy motion from the USA will end in Iran focusing on the US, Israel and people who assist it, Ali Shamkhani, an adviser to Iran’s Supreme Chief Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, stated in a put up on X on Wednesday.

    Iranian International Minister Abbas Araqchi warned on X that Iran’s armed forces “are ready – with their fingers on the set off – to instantly and powerfully reply to ANY aggression”.

    “On the identical time,” Araqchi added, “Iran has all the time welcomed a mutually useful, truthful and equitable NUCLEAR DEAL – on equal footing, and free from coercion, threats, and intimidation – which ensures Iran’s rights to PEACEFUL nuclear expertise, and ensures NO NUCLEAR WEAPONS.” 

    Araqchi stated earlier he had not been in touch with US particular envoy Steve Witkoff in latest days or requested negotiations, state media reported on Wednesday.
