    As a proud-dues paying member for the previous 33 years of Native 587, Amalgamated Transit Union, King County Metro, I’d counsel the Legislature ditch unemployment for hanging staff and make labor strikes unlawful in Washington. In trade, all labor unions can be statutorily assured the best of collective bargaining and the best to binding arbitration.

    That is already the legislation for public security and public transit workers, and has been for many years.
