    WASHINGTON: The administration of President Joe Biden has notified Congress of a proposed US$8 billion arms sale to Israel, a US official stated on Friday (Jan 3), with Washington sustaining assist for its ally whose war in Gaza has killed tens of 1000’s.

    The deal would want approval from the Home of Representatives and Senate committees and consists of munitions for fighter jets and assault helicopters in addition to artillery shells, Axios reported earlier. The package deal additionally consists of small-diameter bombs and warheads, in keeping with Axios.
