    DOHA: Qatar reaffirmed its help for a two-state resolution on Tuesday (Jan 28) after US President Donald Trump repeated his name to move Palestinians from Gaza to Egypt or Jordan.

    Overseas ministry spokesman Majed al-Ansari didn’t reveal particulars of conversations with US officers, however mentioned Qatar usually did not see “eye to eye” with its allies.

    “Our place has at all times been clear to the need of the Palestinian individuals receiving their rights, and that the two-state resolution is the one path ahead,” Ansari instructed an everyday media briefing when requested about Trump’s feedback.
