    PANAMA CITY: Panama’s attorney-general stated on Wednesday (Feb 26) that concession granted to a Hong Kong-based agency to function ports on both finish of the Panama Canal ought to be scrapped for being “unconstitutional”.

    The contract held by CK Hutchison Holdings, owned by Hong Kong billionaire Li Ka-shing, has been on the root of US President Donald Trump’s considerations for Chinese language affect over the waterway.
