    The grocery chain Kroger is changing its CEO after an investigation into his private conduct, it mentioned Monday.

    Kroger mentioned in a statement that it realized about conduct by Rodney McMullen that was “inconsistent with Kroger’s Coverage on Enterprise Ethics.”
