    A French scientist was prevented from getting into the US this month due to an opinion he expressed concerning the Trump administration’s insurance policies on tutorial analysis, in accordance with the French authorities.

    Philippe Baptiste, France’s minister for larger training and analysis, described the transfer as worrying.
