    NEW YORK: Pyongyang is on the “remaining stage” of creating an intercontinental ballistic missile which may hit the USA with nuclear weapons, South Korea’s president mentioned on Thursday (Sep 25).

    Seoul and its Western allies have did not cease North Korea’s weapons programme, and Pyongyang says it’s going to by no means hand over its nuclear arsenal.
