    NEW YORK: Luigi Mangione won’t face the loss of life penalty after a US choose on Friday (Jan 30) dismissed homicide and weapons fees against the accused killer of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson, in a significant blow to federal prosecutors.
