    MOSCOW: The Kremlin mentioned on Friday (Feb 20) that relations with Japan had been decreased to zero over Tokyo’s “unfriendly” stance in the direction of Russia, and there was no ongoing dialogue in the direction of peace.

    Russia and Japan by no means signed a proper World Struggle II peace treaty, with the primary impediment being an unresolved territorial dispute over the Kuril Islands, identified in Japan because the Northern Territories.
